We accept Work Safe, Transport Accident Commission (TAC) & Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) claims.  Please contact us for further information.

*TAC & Worksafe do not pay the full fee so there is a gap amount to be paid by the patient on the day of the appointment.

DVA patients will need a new GP referral at the start of each year.

Patients who have a chronic disease can also claim under Medicare’s Enhanced Primary Care (EPC)  plan. This plan is for patients suffering from chronic conditions and is given to them by their GP. It gives them up to 5 x free visits per calendar year. This is claimed by us through HICAPS on the day. Relevant paperwork is needed from the GP to process this plan. If the patient has not been to the practice previously there is a gap to be paid on the day. Please call our receptionist to go over what is involved.
