Steve is a qualified Myotherapist/Remedial Massage Therapist who is also trained in Oncology Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Dry Needling & Functional Cupping.

Massage therapy involves the manipulation of soft tissues in the body including, muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments and joints. Myotherapy treatment utilize additional adjunctive therapies, and may include dry needling, cupping and stretching advice. It is a clinically-oriented healthcare technique that relieves the discomfort associated with everyday stresses. This can often include our chosen occupations, sport or leisure activities.

*We  have a pregnancy pillow which allows for a more comfortable massage for pregnant women. Please notify reception if you are pregnant.

APPOINTMENTS

Initial appointments require a minimum of 45 minutes. This is to allow the required time for a detailed history taking as well as sufficient time for treatment.

Return appointments are available in 30 minute, 45 minute and 60 minute sessions.
