*Did you know you may be eligible for up to 5 x bulk billed Chiropractic treatments per year under the Chronic Disease management plan – formally known as Enhanced Primary Care plan?

 The Medicare Allied Health initiative allow people with Chronic health conditions such as Diabetes, Heart Disease or Arthritis who are being managed by their GP to access Medicare rebates or bulk billing for Allied Health Services.

This means you are entitled to up to 5 x visits per calendar year once your doctor sets up a Chronic Disease Management plan. This can be shared among Health Professionals.

*Chronic medical conditions are conditions that have been or are likely to be present for at least six months or are terminal. These can include: Diabetes, Heart Disease, Headaches/Migraines, Arthritis and Vision Impairment.
